I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms laid out above and are required to pay The Silver Spatula a 50% non- refundable and non-transferable deposit for the course I wish to attend, in order to secure my booking. I further acknowledge that the balance for the course is to be paid on a 2 instalment basis, and I agree to pay the first monthly instalment on class commencement and the second instalment to be paid at the beginning of the 5th week of which the course runs.
